1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SATO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SATO is a ticket resale management platform that helps users track inventory, manage sales, calculate profits, and automate imports from email. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows integration with third-party services (Gmail, Discord, Viagogo). By using these integrations:

  • You authorize us to access your data from these services as needed
  • You remain responsible for complying with each service's terms of use
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services
  • You can disconnect integrations at any time from your settings

7. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service
  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
  • You can export your data at any time using the export features
  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
  • We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SATO and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of profit calculations or reports
  • We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the Service
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We are not affiliated with Viagogo, Ticketmaster, or any ticketing platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SATO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
  • Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
